MOBILE APPLICATIONS (APPS) PRIVACY POLICY

DACOSYS informs users of the WarehouseCounter application (hereinafter, the Application) about the processing of personal data that they have voluntarily provided during the registration, access, and use of the service.

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE DATA CONTROLLER.

DACOSYS, with address for notifications at 25 de Mayo 578 (C1002) CABA, ARGENTINA, is the entity responsible for the processing of data provided by the Application's clients (hereinafter, the User/s).

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.

To proceed with the registration, access, and subsequent use of the Application, the User must provide -voluntarily- data of a personal nature (essentially, identifying and contact data), which will be incorporated into automated systems owned by DACOSYS. The collection, storage, modification, structuring, and, where applicable, deletion of the data provided by Users constitute processing operations carried out by the Controller, with the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the Application, maintaining the service and/or commercial relationship with the User, and for the management, administration, information, provision, and improvement of the service. The personal data provided by the User -especially, the email address- may also be used to send newsletters, as well as commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising of the Application, provided that the User has previously given their express consent for the receipt of these communications via electronic means.

3. LEGITIMATION.

The processing of the User's data is carried out with the following legal bases that legitimize it:

• The request for information and/or the contracting of the Application's services, whose terms and conditions will be made available to the User at all times, prior to their express acceptance.
• The free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent of the User, making this privacy policy available to them, which must be accepted through a statement or a clear affirmative action, such as checking a box provided for this purpose.

In the event that the User does not provide their data to DACOSYS, or does so incorrectly or incompletely, it will not be possible to proceed with the use of the Application.

4. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

The personal data provided by the User will be retained in the Controller's systems and databases for as long as the User continues to use the Application, and provided that they do not request its deletion. With the objective of addressing any potential liabilities arising from processing, the data will be retained for a minimum period of five years.

5. RECIPIENTS.

The data will not be communicated to any third party outside of DACOSYS, except in cases of legal obligation or, in any case, with the User's prior consent. Furthermore, DACOSYS may grant access to or transmit the personal data provided by the User to third-party service providers, with whom data processing agreements have been signed, and who only access such information to provide a service on behalf of and for the benefit of the Controller.

6. DATA RETENTION.

DACOSYS informs the User that, as a data hosting service provider and pursuant to Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service began. The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, making it available to judges and/or courts or to the Ministry that so requests. The communication of data to the State Security Forces and Bodies will be done pursuant to the provisions of personal data protection regulations, and with the utmost respect for the same.

7. PROTECTION OF HOSTED INFORMATION.

The Controller adopts the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data. While the Controller performs backups of the content hosted on its servers, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by Users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by Users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time period elapsed since the last backup. The services provided through the Application, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups performed by the Controller when such loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance by the user. The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to the Controller.

8. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS.

DACOSYS informs the User that they have the rights of access, rectification, limitation, deletion, opposition, and portability, which they may exercise by sending a request to the email address: info@dacosys.com. Furthermore, the User has the right to revoke the consent initially given.

9. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS.

DACOSYS will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not previously been requested or expressly authorized by their recipients. In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual, legal, or service relationship, the Controller is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of the Controller that are similar to those that were initially the subject of contracting with the client. In the event that the User wishes to unsubscribe from receiving said communications, they may do so by sending their request via email to: info@dacosys.com.

10. PRIVACY POLICIES RELATED TO IMAGES.

At Dacosys, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and want to assure them that we take all necessary measures to safeguard their personal information. By using our Android application, you accept and consent expressly to the terms of our privacy policy.

Image Collection: The functionality of WarehouseCounter may require access to your device's camera to take images and improve the user experience. We commit to ensuring that all images captured and stored by the application will be exclusively the property of the client and will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

Image Use: Images captured through WarehouseCounter will be used solely for the purpose intended by the user. We will not access the images stored on your device without your express consent. These images will be used within the application to provide you with a personalized experience and improve our services.

Data Security: Our application implements robust security measures to protect your images and other personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. We have implemented encryption technologies and protocols to ensure the confidentiality of your data and prevent any misuse.

Data Retention: At WarehouseCounter, we follow a limited data retention policy. Your images will only be retained on your device while the application is installed and, in the event that you decide to uninstall it, they will remain on the server for a period of 6 months. After that, they will be automatically deleted along with any associated information.

Policy Updates: Our privacy policy may be subject to periodic changes. Whenever we make significant modifications to the processing of your images or personal data, we will inform you through notifications within the application or by other means to obtain your consent.
